Anna Marie is a North Florida native and is both a physician (MD) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), bringing a rare combination of clinical training and population-health perspective. This means the guidance shared is grounded in evidence-based medicine while also focusing on prevention, lifestyle optimization, and long-term health outcomes. Rather than chasing short-term trends, our focus is on longevity and sustainable well-being—what we call “duration for all-of-life wellness.”

We believe you were created with a purpose worth sustaining. Whether that purpose is raising a family, serving your community, leading a team, or simply being fully present for the people who need you — it matters. And it deserves a body that can keep up with it. We believe feeling your best shouldn't be reserved for a moment — a vacation, a season, a lucky stretch of good sleep. It should be the baseline.
