How to Use

Take Sleep Club 30–60 minutes before bed. This gives the ingredients time to initiate the GABA and alpha-wave activity that precede sleep, and allows glycine to begin the temperature drop your body needs.

Follow the dosage on the label.

Many people notice a meaningful difference in how they feel in the morning within the first week. The full effect becomes clear at the 2–4 week mark. This isn't a one-night fix — it's a foundation.
